3-Day First aid at Work Course outline

This course is designed to teach the layperson the primary care skills.  To aid confidence in being able to assist a casualty in an emergency whilst carry out their workplace duties.  The course is run over 3 days and includes both theory and practical sessions, in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to boost a candidate’s confidence.

Choking   Course Completion
Anaphylaxis    
Asthma & Hyperventilation    

This course is delivered over 18 contact hours with the Trainer/Assessor and includes a multiple choice question/answer paper before completion of the course.  This course is interactive with the delegates practicing life saving procedures.

The annual refresher programme applies to both Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work programmes and is recommended for delivery every 12 months during the student’s 3-year qualification period.

  • the annual refresher is now recommended by the HSE. UK-Safety First Aid recommends annual refresher training to ensure first aiders maintain their skills.

Attendance:  Minimum of 6 delegates and maximum of 12 delegates. Discount for more than 6 candidates

Investment cost per person includes a reference manual and training pack.  A Nationally Recognised Certification certificate and personal plastic ID Card
